Unprofessional and misleading. As the sellers agent, Tom failed to follow through on agreed-upon repair obligations outlined in the contract. We are now 12 days post-close and still dealing with faulty and incomplete repairs that were clearly agreed upon in the contract. Throughout escrow, Tom was condescending and unprofessional, and failed to ensure the sellers met their repair obligations in full. Despite ongoing efforts by our own realtor to remedy the situation, there has been little accountability or meaningful resolution. Buyers and sellers beware.

We recently sold our home in July 2025 and purchased a new one in the Groves neighborhood of Temecula, CA. Looking back, I realize just how essential Tom was throughout the entire process. I admit, I was initially skeptical about the value of using a real estate agent and the associated fees, especially in this age of Zillow and online listings.
