We drove to Houghton Lake on a Sunday in early March because it was the only day we had off. We stopped at Coldwell Banker in Prudenville to get a catalog from the kiosk we saw at their doorway. We were pleasantly surprised to find Tom Bailey was working that day, and he took time to show us many lakefront homes in the area, via his computer and projector. We came back to look at a few homes with Tom a couple of weeks later. It didn't take long. We found just what we wanted the first day, and we are closing this week.
