Sarah is absolutely incredible. She was so patient with me in the process of both buying and selling my first home. She took her time while answering my questions and didn't make me feel like I had to put in an offer on something just to make a sale. I asked the silliest of questions, and she answered them easy enough so I could understand, but also professionally. Sarah took my wishlist and showed me things within my price range, and didn't try to get me to bite in a home that I couldn't afford. I refuse to work with anyone else in such a strenuous process.

I had my house listed with another agent last year and it did not get many views much less legitimate offers, despite a price drop. When the listing expired I received contacts from many realtors, finally selecting Todd Schermerhorn because he was the most diligent. I was not disappointed. After listing with Todd, the house received many views and I finally received an acceptable offer without the need for a price drop. I really did not need to rely on Todd for local knowledge or negotiation and so cannot comment on his expertise in those areas, but I do know he got results for me and that's what counts.
