In 2015 I closed over $22,000,000 and made it into the top 15 agents in a county with 3200 agents total & gave me the "Chairman's Club" stature. In 2016 I ended up closing over $18,000,000 which put me in the top 20 again...keeping in mind that most every agent above me in sales works in teams. In 2017 I was once again ranked in the top 25 agents in the county by selling over $17,000,000. I was deemed one of the top listing specialists in the county! In 2018 I received the "Lifetime Achievement Award" and ended up closing 50 properties for over $18,000,000. This landed me once again in the top 1% of Brevard County Agents! My career was now permanently tagged as a listing specialist at 90% listings and 10% buyers! I worked very hard in 2019 and ended up closing 52 properties for $20,458,000 which exceeds my goal. I really appreciate all the trust and confidence my clients had in me this year...I really did make some miracles happen!! The magic continued in 2020 as I had 10-20 revolving listings & many great buyers moving to the area! In fact....I ended up breaking my 2015 record by selling 57 properties for over 23,000,000 in 2020...which Is amazing with all the worldly challenges! I earned every RE/MAX award in 2020! I broke ALL the records on sales prices in 2021....these are magic times for sellers and listing specialists like me!! I ended the year by single handed closing over 50 transactions for almost $30,000,000 which works out to a $500,000 per sale average. These numbers put me at #3 SINGLE AGENT in the county in 2021 (#24 including builders and teams) . I earned every RE/MAX award in 2021! In 2022 I ended up closing over $26,000,000 even with the "loan percentage rate challenge" in the last half of the year!! I am now #30 oa all agents in the county & in the top 5 single agents in the county not including agent teams. I actually earned every RE/MAX award in 2022! It is now 2023.....I have already closed over 12,000,000 in just 5 months and I am #10 agent in the county INCLUDING teams.....who is the next client I can help maximize value???
