I have been in the residential home business for over 30 years, first as a licensed Home Improvement Contractor, and now as a Real Estate agent. For example, I have sold several properties in a few weeks to as little as 4 days that had been listed with other agents for extended periods of time, some as many as 5 years. This all was achieved through my ability to analyze the prior marketing flaws of previous agents and to pinpoint their weaknesses in order to apply my successful marketing strategies. I also excel at listing new properties, representing home buyers as well as specializing in expired listings that have not sold. I feel being straightforward and honest with my clients is the best approach to facilitate a speedy transaction. My strong negotiating skills, which stem from my sales experience, have brokered the fairest market values for my client's homes I am ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and AHWD (At Home With Diversity) Certified.. My clients have also told me that I'm very punctual with responding to their queries in a timely manner.
I have been in a relationship for over 23 years and have a son who will be graduating as an English Major from UConn in the spring of 2017. I am a Connecticut native and for over 20 years I have resided in East Hampton. My passion outside the office is with classic cars, and I own a 1968 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible which I love to showcase at car shows.
