I am originally from Buffalo, New York and have lived in Arizona now since September 1998. I thoroughly enjoy helping all types of people whether it's the first time buyer or seller, an investor, or a repeat customer. The 1st thing to do that many people fail to do is to find out what your affordability is and talk with a lender. Once you find out what your affordability is, then you can go shopping for homes that fit your specific criteria and price point.
The 1st piece of the of advice I would give to someone selling their home is to find out what the market is doing, especially with their specific neighborhood. How long have homes been on the market for? What's the inventory telling you? How much are homes selling for per square foot? Data like this will give you, the seller, a better advantage point when it comes time to pricing your home aggressively and correctly based on what the market currently is doing.

I had a repeat customer that was trying to sell their home by themselves. They weren't having much success, so they called upon me to sell it. Within the 1st week, i had multiple offers that were above what they were asking for. My clients are like my family, and it made me especially happy to help these great people out! They were forever grateful and gracious for all of my hard work and effort.

I think that my prior career in Law Enforcement it is a huge feather in my cap because I am a problem solver. I am able to de-escalate and dissect situations that arise, and to ensure that all parties are treated with respect and fairness at all times. Honesty, integrity, equality and fairness are essential in Law Enforcement, and I feel that same "Code" to all of my clients. I owe them that fiduciary.
