About Todd Bissey

Born & raised in the DC area. Attended Georgetown Prep & graduated from Wootton High School in Rockville, MD. Went away to school in Ohio at Miami University. Came back to DC (Old Town Alexandria, actually.) after school. Worked in marketing for SHRM & advertising sales for The Motley Fool (www.fool.com) before I found my calling. Got my real estate license & moved into the city in 2001. Joined forces with my dad, Stan Bissey, and have been working side-by-side ever since.

Todd listed and helped me sell my condo in DC. From the start, he was terrific to work with. He made great recommendations for targeted work to be done that would significantly improve the look of the place at modest cost, took care of all the arrangements, and we had a good offer within a week of it hitting the market because he had strategically priced and marketed it. Throughout the process, he was kind, thoughtful, supportive, understanding of my concerns and willing to talk through them and figure out solutions, and an all around great person to work with. Can't recommend Todd highly enough!

Todd and Stan did an amazing job helping me purchase my first property. It was a four unit building in Washington D.C.
