Welcome! TJ grew up here in San Diego County. He is a family man, a former collegiate athlete, a church-going gentlemen, and he loves to discover a new food spot. He is a neighbor, a friend, an ear to listen, and a resource. His degree in business and career experience give him an edge when considering all stages of a real estate transaction from buying, selling, escrow, inspections, investing, growing equity, and planning. He coached multiple sports, worked in demolition and flipping, worked for many non-profits (YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Veteran's Green Projects), worked in sales, and also owned and operated a successful mobile detail business.
