Tito was the sellers agent in my sale. I was the buyer and had a buyers agent. Tito was a complete nightmare. He was not flexible or responsive. I would ask my realtor to ask him questions and he would take several hours and even days to respond. He did inform us that there was one squatter trespassing on the property but he said he would be gone by closing. I am from the Midwest and took off work for closing. Tito called my agent the evening before closing when I was already en route to closing and said he can postpone closing for two months. I was flabbergasted! Who does that?! I have a job offer and dont have 2 months. The following day I went to my final walk through. There were actually 2 squatters trespassing on the property present. Therefore, Tito lied to us. I provided them with an immediate notice to vacate the property. The squatters refused to leave the premises. Tito should have never listed a home knowingly that there were squatters on the premises. He knew the property was not vacant and would not be vacant for several months. Tito is a con artist more than anything and would do anything to make a dollar. He didnt even show up to closing to answer questions we or his client had. His client did not get the support he needed to help him at closing. He did not deserve to get 10 cents off the deal. The only thing he did was list the property and he didnt even do that properly. If you come across his name in a home listing my advice to you is to RUN and dont look back. Being a cash buyer of a home buying experience with him being a part of the deal was extremely horrendous. I am disgusted and appalled at his work ethic and the way he handled the entire situation. I wouldnt recommend Tito to my worst enemy.

Tito is genuinely focused on finding your dream home He takes the time to get to know you this results in personalized service He goes above and beyond with personal attention and his communication excels Most realtors are friendly but fall short of caring Tito definitely cares about you and your needs in a home I believe this work ethic would also apply if you were a seller Hes not like any other realtor and is definitely who you want working for you
