Tina helped helped us buy a home, and then sell ours. It all happened very quickly as we loved the second home we looked at. Her expertise at negotiating with the sellers, educating us throughout the process (because it has really changed since we bought our home over 20 years ago), and reassuring us through some doubts was invaluable. I told her she's not only a realtor, she's a mental health professional! She kept us up to date at every step of the process, answered all of our questions quickly and was always available to us. On the flip side, she helped us prepare, stage and price our home so that it sold within the first couple days of showings. She negotiated with the buyers agent to get us the best price and guided us through that end of the process as well. I truly could not imagine going through buying and selling a house without her help. Tina was professional and so knowledgeable, but had a sense of humor that made her fun to work with. I can actually say we enjoyed the whole process! I cannot thank her enough for helping us and my husband and I highly recommend her.

Tina went to great lengths to help me find my house. I think we went through 30+ houses trying to at first narrow down what we wanted but then discovered while looking that we could comfortably afford more than what we had thought (some of it due to covid really killing the housing market), but I digress. Tina is great, 10/10 will recommend to friends, family and others. She knew the areas we were looking in (Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Monroe Falls, etc.) , was very clear and happily explained further in detail other things that I didn't understand at first when it came to closing; but most of all, she always kept communication open. Tina is the best.

Tina was always ready to accompany my husband and I at a moments notice to showings (understanding how quickly the market moves) and truly helped guide us through the purchase of our first home. We really relied on her knowledge of everything from the landscaping to what materials the floor was made out of to how you could make a specific room or space work for you. She was honest and straight forward knowing our expectations and was so valuable to us both during many decision making processes. Being first home buyers we had many questions about documents and what we were signing and she was always there to answer questions and prompt about getting back to us. She was patient and reminded us to be as well knowing we would indeed find our forever home. She knows how important this process is and takes the time with you that you need! We were so lucky to have her.
