She is the Mary Poppins of the real estate business, so if you want to succeed in the most difficult and stressful time of buying a house, look no further than Tina Wedebrooke. My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and we started out looking at houses to buy (start of 2021), with the option to build. We needed an agent with experience in both markets, and Tina fit the bill perfectly. After we decided to build, she stayed by our side through an almost year-long process of emails, shipment delays, and every frustration that comes with constructing a new house. We could not have managed the current real estate climate without her. She was the cheerleader in our corner when patience wore thin.
