I truly cannot recommend Tina enough! Over the last year, she has helped my husband and I sell our home and purchase a new home. To say that she is knowledgeable in what she does is such a vast understatement. She is reachable at all times, honest when it comes to every situation, and makes one of the most stressful, albeit exciting, experiences in your life manageable. Working with our realtor was an incredible experience from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. She coordinated all the vendors for the clean-out, painting, snow removal (even after the 20 inches we received!), and general property maintenance to make sure the home showed at its absolute best. She also stopped by regularly to make sure everything was done properly. She arranged professional staging and a 3D virtual tour, and the pictures with the staging looked absolutely amazing. We hosted two open houses that generated a tremendous amount of interest, leading to many showings and ultimately multiple offers. In the end, the home sold for $40,000 over asking price, which we were thrilled about. She even handled the Certificate of Occupancy application and met with the inspector while we were out of town, keeping everything on track. Throughout the entire process she was always available, answered all of our calls, addressed every concern, and managed every detail from start to finish. We couldnt have asked for a more dedicated, professional, and hardworking realtor. Highly recommend!

We first met Tina back in 2017 when we bought our first home in NJ. Tina was so incredible (answered any & all of our questions and was always available) that when we decided to sell that very home, going back to Tina and her team was a no brainer. There's a HUGE difference between buying and selling and once again Tina and her team were right there with us every step of the way. From competitively pricing our home, to staging the house for listing pictures & walk-throughs, to the description of the house for the listing, to the ONE & ONLY open house we had and everything that comes on the sellers side up to closing (inspection, appraisal, etc.). We received several offers, including a few that were WELL ABOVE asking and Tina was right there counseling and educating us on on which offer was the best one to accept - and she was 100% correct. We had a signed contract within TWO weeks of listing and with how the market fluctuates, we couldn't have chosen a better broker. I could be here all day talking about Tina and her team. But the one thing I will say is that Tina is an absolute powerhouse in the real estate market and you want her, she truly looks out for her clients best interests at ALL times. I wish she were licensed in Pennsylvania so we could work with her again.
