I would recommend Tina. She quickly responds when I contact her. I am out of state, and she has really taken control to make sure the lot sale goes smoothly. She arranged for a traveling notary to come to my house with paperwork to be signed. Closing went smoothly. I will be using her again for the sale of my remaining lots. Definitely 5 stars.
