With more than 20 years of both marketing and real estate experience, I utilize my experience by teaching agents to market themselves to grow their own businesses and personal brands. Together with Co-founder & business partner, Jim Hyatt, I own three EXIT Realty franchises in Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Howard Counties. A member of the EXIT Realty family for more than 15 years, I work to lead, mentor and train the more than 100 producing agents in my EXIT offices. Our offices are consistently ranked in the top 5 in the 5-state EXIT Mid-Atlantic region and our agents have the highest per-agent productivity in our entire MLS market. I strive daily to educate and empower my agents with the habits, attitudes and skills necessary to improve their quality of life. I am totally invested in the agents on our team to make them successful & able to reach their financial goals.
