Intently focused on delivering outstanding experiences to my clients, I work with a few select home buyers and sellers at a time. Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with mortgage lenders, reading over Home Inspection Reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting SOLD signs on lawns, or passing keys over to ecstatic new homeowners! I truly love what I do, and I'm proud to work daily for my clients, helping them BUY and SELL real estate! I LIVE, WORK & PLAY right here in Central Pennsylvania. I have a deep knowledge of Harrisburg and its surrounding communities, i.e. East Shore, West Shore, Southern and Northern Counties. With Real Estate being my full-time career, it's important to me to always be learning and expanding my knowledge base to help me better serve my clients. I have attained the Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®), as well as my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®) designations. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) designation is one I am most proud of, in fact, only 3% of Realtors ever achieve this designation. I also hold my Real Estate Associate Brokers License in the state of Pennsylvania.
