It is extremely difficult to write a proper recommendation for our Realtor, Tina Branch, because Tina excels in so many areas as a real estate agent that we could write a book! Tina just helped my wife and I consummate a successful home purchase in Gulf Shores, AL after moving from Kentucky. We have lived in 14 states (Literally!), and have bought and sold over 2 dozen homes, including 4 new builds. Bottom line ? Tina is by far the best real estate agent we have ever utilized. She helped us successfully work with 2 builders that involved the necessity to cancel 2 contracts due to a variety of issues and yet helped us complete the purchase of a home with our original builder in our most desired development after all matters were rectified (8) Highly professional and skilled with the new build processes, and respected by builders, and able to strongly represent buyer interests and able to seek positive resolution of all challenges and issues with both buyer and builder (9) Very knowledgeable and gave good guidance related to inspections and walk throughs (10) Equally skilled in all aspects of existing home resale opportunities.
