I'm afraid that my review probably cannot do justice as to Tina's skills and commitment to her clients. In early 2020, my mother had passed and suddenly I had found myself in possession of her home in North Carolina - while I live in Minnesota. The idea of preparing and selling my mother's home some 1,200 miles away was daunting. Thankfully, we were referred to Tina to assist with our sale. From our very first meeting, I knew that were in competent hands. Tina coordinated with local handymen to assist in readying the property, and personally assisted us in hauling home goods to a local organization for donation. Tina even referred us to a local probate attorney to assist us in handling my mother's estate. Her local knowledge, attention to detail, and outstanding service made a tough situation as easy as possible - a true professional.

Several years ago Tina found me the perfect home on the lake. So, when I needed to downsize, I knew shed be my go to realtor. Just as before, she didnt disappoint. She had a professional photographer photoshoot my perfect home. To no ones surprise, It was sold within a week at almost full asking price. Tinas next challenge was to find me a smaller home.
