Tim was able to come in and help us sell our house above our asking price. We discussed pricing with multiple agents and Tim was able to market our home and get us to a price well over what other agents were recommending to list at. His assessment of the market was on much more realistic with where the appraised value came back. We were an unusual case, listing the house with a close date mandated to almost 6 months out. He was patient and kept with the process, even helping us react to last minute storm damage to ensure an on-time closing process. He is very dedicated to his position.
