We were constantly impressed with Tims connections in the New Bedford/Fall River area and how he used them to get us information/showings of properties quickly. Tim was extremely knowledgeable in all things related to home ownership and constantly provided us useful feedback, whether we asked for it or not. I never felt like I was being left in the dark and I always felt like we were getting professional opinions based on true experience. Whether it was related to the structure/location of the home or the financial aspect, Tim always made sure to advise us of the unique issues we may face with each property we were interested in. He always made sure we were informed before we made any serious offers. Our home inspection revealed several issues that we did not anticipate when we placed our initial offer. Tim leveraged the new information we found in the home inspection to negotiate with the sellers and come up with an offer that felt fair for both sides. On the year anniversary of our closing, Tim even hand delivered a plant for us to grow outside of our home. Its this type of gesture that represents just how much Tim cares about his clients and the extra mile he is willing to go for them. Tim made us feel confident in our home buying search and I am happy that moving forward, I know he will be there for any other moves we make in Realty.
