My wife and I got a recommendation from my sister and her husband as he had helped them buy a house.For us, it was our first home and Tim did an absolutely spectacular job and helped us out tremendously. He did all of the leg work for us; he did research on the homes we wanted to see, he set up the showings, he helped us with making offers, and so much more; I feel like my wife and I barely did anything at all other than show up to houses we liked. We have always heard buying a house is an ordeal but it honestly was such a smooth process thanks to Tim.Being first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Tim had the answers.
