If you get him as an agent all your worries would be gone. We are first time home buyers and he guided us thought-out the process. We moved from VA to TX and had no idea about the place/ builders/ neighborhood etc. He was with us through all thick and thin, showed us the properties virtually, guided about the area, helped with home inspection, came to walkthrough and even at closing.
