Just after putting the house up for sale, there was some water damaged due to a pipe breaking. Tim would check on the work and give me regular updates on the repair progress. Although the house next door had some issues, which deter many potential buyers, Tim continued to push the house by hosting more open houses than I anticipated. Tim was there every step of the way when I needed him. I would definitely recommend Tim if you are looking buy or sell a house. He really does go the extra miles and will do whatever it take to assist you through the entire process.
