He helped establish a "stepped up" basis upon my dad's passing in 2021 and we were finally able to list the home this year. Tim works with a trusted home inspector, so we did a pre-listing inspection to allay any possible concerns of potential buyers. Tim also provided a handyman to repair some minor wind damage to the front storm door shortly after the home was listed. Tim stayed right on top of things relative to several offers we received which did not work out. Ultimately, Tim secured an excellent offer and we were able to close the sale two weeks later.
