We cannot say enough about how great Tim was for us!!!We had lost our home in the July 2016 tornado & had a lot of decisions to make. The plan was retirement & put the house up for sale in the Spring of 2017 - so now what? We contacted Tim about the options of rebuild & sale or sale of just the lot.Tim met with us & asked all the right questions - especially - where do we want to be in a few years or what are the plans for the remaining years being we were talking retirement. What would we feel would be the "Best" for us? As we went through the "Pros & Cons" Tim was so patient.
