Upon referral from a friend, I made an appointment with Timothy. What I immediately liked about him is the way he makes you at ease about the process (mostly because he tells you all the details you need to know) and the way he is genuinely fun to be around!He was able to give us helpful tools like spreadsheets, an actually curated listings portal (SCORE!), local comps, and all-around industry savvy. He's the best combination of optimism and realism, and was able to tactfully navigate the differences in what I wanted versus what my husband was dreaming of. He ALWAYS responds to emails and texts quickly, and was on-hand whenever I needed him. Our open house was a huge success and we both sold and bought our homes quickly and painlessly, from listing to closing.Lastly, the wrap-around support was already there. Need a recommendation for a handyman to fix that gutter? Check. Need a recommendation for a title or lending company? Check. Need a second opinion on anything? Check. Need information on how to calculate taxes, etc? Check. Never pushy, and always responsive- I really can't recommend Timothy enough. He exceeded our expectations in every category.
