Tim helped with a very difficult short sale / foreclosure situation for us. The home was partially remodeled and multiple banks were involved. He kept the buyer in the loop and hanging in there along with keeping the banks "at bay" long enough to let us sell it short instead of winding up in foreclosure. A win-win-win-win for the buyer, the seller, the banks, and for Tim and his group. He knew all the right folks to call at the banks as well as the procedure involved and what motivates each party. Excellent. Highly recommended.
