ZillowVERIFIEDI will not be able to express how Great Tim is. if you want honesty and someone who puts you before himself use Tim. I have moved around and this is my 4 home purchase, I have never had someone so dedicated to helping his client. Tim was not my listing agent so I can only speak for him as a buying agent, however based on what I experienced this is the guy you want in your corner. Real life examples we fond some places we loved and Tim could of easily made the sale and made money, however he took the time to go over all the pros and cons and saved us a huge future headache from termites. He was more then flexible with scheduling. This guy worked for us we must have looked at 50 houses. We found a house with a difficult seller and Tim helped us negotiate a deal making sure we did not get screwed. As I said this was my 4th house purchase and I knew from experience Tim was putting our interest first. If you are a first time buyer This is the guy you want.
