I wanted to live near my family in Santa Barbara. Tim lived in Santa Barbara previously and advised me of desirable areas to look for homes on Zillow. He listed my former home and found a solid buyer within days. He knew when to do the open houses for best results. Once I accepted an offer, Tim worked well with the buying agent in SB who found me a home there. Tim was very attentive to my needs as it was a stressful situation in selling a home and buying a home which both closed escrow in the same week. At one point my computer died and Tim made sure I got the docusign documents completed on time. He was diligent when dealing with the new owners/realtor to ensure the paperwork and monies were wired on time to seal the deal. Tim is very personable and professional in handling all the minute details of the sale of my home. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Tim closed the deal fast. He brought qualified buyers, negotiated quickly, and was very professional throughout the process. We just completed a transaction that was quite complicated and challenging involving a property that was bank owned and had a outstanding violation on the property. Normally I stay away from such properties but with Tim Woehrman's excellent advise, support and expertise, we proceeded to buy the property and correct the problems. I can honestly say that this would not have happened if it were not for Tim Woehrman's serving as our realtor. We were very impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and his understanding of what the issues were and how to navigate through the process. He was always very available, personable and easy to communicate with. He enabled us not only to complete the transaction but feel great about the property and enjoy the process. We have worked with many realtors in the past but we have never been more satisfied with anyone compared to the excellent service that Tim provided to us. I only wish there was a sixth star category that we could mark for him because that is where we would definitely rate our experience with him.
