Our experience with Tim was great. He helped get my brother comfortable with the idea of selling his home and. Living into senior housing. Tim was very patient and understanding of the process involved in such a major life transition. He was also very helpful in connecting us with all the local services we needed to get the house ready. Tim and Gigi are a great team. As a first time home buyer, they not only helped us find a beautiful home, they taught us about things to look for in homes. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and when it came to the formal buying process and negotiating.
