In the housing climate we are in, I was shocked to extend 1 offer through Tim and it was accepted. He helped me write a suitable offer and agreed to submit a aEURoeheartfeltaEUR? letter that I wrote to the seller in hopes of my offer not being overlooked. He helped me every step of the way until closing and kept me on task. He was always available to answer questions and helped me figure out some of the less glamorous aspects of home buying. I was the personal representative/executrix of my cousins will and needed to sell her property in Sarasota. I live in Western New York and dealing with long-distance cleaning out and cleaning up of her home was a difficult process. Tim was recommended by friends in Sarasota to sell the property. I flew to Florida for the funeral and met with Tim at that time. I was impressed with Tims knowledge and honesty. After returning home, selling the property was completed in about a month through emails, texts, and signing documents electronically.
