Tim Terzich

My name is Timothy "Tim" Terzich, and I am a proud Texan and Veteran! Originally from West Texas, I have lived in Midland, Grand Prairie(DFW area) and San Antonio, with a short ( but eventful) stop in Estes Park, Colorado! I served in the US Coast Guard for four years and returned to San Antonio to marry my "awesome" wife. We have been married 20 years and have raised 4 wonderful sons.

Although I have always had a interest in real estate, my experience led me to becoming the
committed agent that I am today. Through high school vocational building trades, I learned about the construction and maintenance fields. Upon receiving my associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting(CAD), I had the experience of designing houses and restaurants. I also have 22 years of experience in the Aviation Engineering and Quality Control fields. After all this experience, I turned to my wife one day, and stated that I was finally ready to do what had always been in my heart to do
- become a licensed real estate agent!

I have lived in Texas for 46 years, and I am familiar with its growth and rising housing market. My experience, real estate training, books and articles have all come together for me, and I am motivated to assist people in solving their housing issues.
