Tim and his team did an excellent job in guiding us through the estate sale of our family property in Leelanau County in the Summer/Fall of 2024. The transaction posed several challenges: regulatory hurdles, on-going deeded land use negotiations, residual tension among extended family members and a series of last-minute plumbing complications. Throughout the onerous process, Tim and Melanie were responsive, calm, knowledgeable and highly professional. Tim and his teams decades of experience and deep understanding (and love!) of the area were on full display and always very reassuring. I would strongly recommend him and his team and would work with him again in a heartbeat.
