I'm honored to have served on multiple volunteer community boards and to support many nonprofit and community organizations throughout Honesdale and Wayne County, including the Wayne County YMCA, Honesdale Area Jaycees, Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Honesdale Partnership, Northern Poconos Chamber of Commerce, Honesdale Lions Club, Wayne County Arts Alliance, Wayne County Public Libraries, Victims' Intervention Program, Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, local fire departments and EMS, veterans organizations, Biddy Basketball, Little League, and sports teams, band, chorus, and other groups at Honesdale High School. Through more than 100 donations, sponsorships, and other contributions each year, we are proud to give back and support the community that supports us year-round.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

We love spending time with family and friends, supporting our community, investing in Honesdale and Wayne County, and enjoying everything our amazing area has to offer through all four seasons.

FAMILY

Happily married to my amazing wife, Heather, and blessed to be raising our three awesome children, Sadie, Zachary, and Jesse. I'm also incredibly blessed to be the son of Paul and Sandy, with three siblings and surrounded by many wonderful nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

I was not even sure I wanted to sell my house, as I had lived there for 33 years and the prospect of doing so seemed daunting. When I spoke to Stephen Langendoerfer, he provided me with a plan that felt palatable. He also said he would assist me in any way possible to get the property ready for sale and would walk me through the process. He stressed the importance of communication and from day one made me feel like I was in capable hands. Within one month, my house was on the market and within three weeks it was sold. Once sold, he was even a huge help in the sometimes uncertain aEURoesale pendingaEUR? phase. Some of the words I would use to describe my experience with Steve are integrity, honesty, great communicator, reliable and compassionate. He really helped me get something done that I did not even think possible and he followed through on every single thing he said he would do and was very accessible throughout all parts of the process right to closing.
