Tim helped us with a complicated and lengthy VA assumption process. It would have been easier for him to push us towards any other type of financing, but he knew the assumption was the best thing for us and did everything he could to ensure it worked out between us and the seller. He was quick at responding to our hundreds of texts, emails, and phone calls. I have had 3 realtors over the years, and he was by far the easiest to work with. We didnt feel like our transaction was just another number for him, as was our feeling with our other realtors.
