My start in real estate resulted from losing my father when I was 23. I came home from school to help out my mother. She was a REALTOR and I became her assistant. In 1993 we became partners and developed a team to serve a largely relocating clientele until 2006 when we pursued different aspects of residential real estate. It's a true blessing to love and feel excitement each day to get up and help people navigate the paths of real estate after 33 years.

Home on Granville Lake. It's a fun challenge to help sellers when they are across the globe. I get energized on the amount of trust placed in me and my team to get a home sold. In this case, a tenant moved out, and we have to get the home "right" to be sold. We secured the home, walked and photographed the property, share the pics and our recommended needs to make the home marketable and submitted them to the seller in Australia. He selected the items to be done and we worked with my vetted contractors to almost "flip" his own house to sell for maximum retail dollars. We cleared up a title issue and got the home under contract in 13 days, closed 35 days later while encountering a few hiccups with the HOA in the process. Nonetheless, we got the job done and seller is happy. Zoom, digital signing, contractors who will work on net 30...Success!

I am residentially focused primarily referral based (due to my 3 decades in the local market) and out of market sellers where I handle the sale from head to toe with the seller providing their input and approvals along the way. My team of contractors make selling for out of state (or local sellers for a full concierge style sales experience) owners incredibly simple.
