Our experience with Tim started many years ago. When we were moving out of state for job relocation, we immediately recruited Tim to lease our California house. Tim quickly (less than a week) found us renters. Tim helped us renew the rental contracts through the years at no charge. When we decided to sell the house, Tim was naturally the name that came to mind to be the listing agent. Tim helped us recruit the top contractors to renovate the house in order to garner top dollars. Without Tim, the renovation would not have proceeded so smoothly. Tim was always there to ensure that work was performed on schedule. Even during renovation, Tim started showing the house to potential buyers in his circle. Tim brought us a buyer even before the house was officially listed for sale, with an offer over the asking price. Tim continued to ensure that the transaction proceeded smoothly by personally coordinating with additional contractors addressing the repairs emanated from the home inspection report (as we were living out of state).
