About Tim Crabtree
I am a native of TN, growing up in Nashville before spending 16 years in Murfreesboro. My wife Laci is also a Realtor and we work as a team. Laci is originally from a small town in Iowa and has lived in Tn for 18 years. After owning a successful small business for 13 years, we decided we were ready for a new challenge.Real estate seemed to provide everything we were looking for: the opportunity to continue working together, the chance to meet a lot of new people, and the satisfaction of helping others in and around our community. Leveraging our experience as business owners, we are known for outstanding customer service, excellent communication, high tech and creative marketing techniques, and being skilled negotiators with our client's best interest at heart. Our goal is to provide old fashioned service coupled with modern technology to help others navigate their real estate needs.

FAQ
be sure to get pre approved for your loan before starting your search. That not only puts you in the best position to make a timely offer on a home you love it also will tell you what price range you need to be searching in.
Obviously, choose your realtor wisely. Make sure they have a clear plan on how to market and sell your home. I also recommend making sure you have the yard/landscaping in order, consider a fresh coat of paint on the walls if needed, and remove any personal pictures, etc, as well as any clutter. Ultimately you want to put your best foot forward! And don't overprice your home! It can turn off potential buyers quickly!
I recently had some buyers moving in from out of town. There were some unexpected bumps in the road that we couldn't control, but it was such a pleasure to work through those together and see them finally move in. When I feel the "team" concept while working with clients it is awesome. That is what I want it to be, the clients and myself working together as a team to help them get what they need, whether that is selling their home or buying one. It is about the relationship!
Several friends mentioned I should look into real estate. After selling a small business we had my wife and I decided it would be a good fit for us. We had always wanted to work together so it was a dream come true.
My wife and I owned a successful small business for 13 years and that experience taught us many skills that have helped us in real estate. Like most careers, hard work and taking care of your clients are the fundamentals to success!
