Obviously, choose your realtor wisely. Make sure they have a clear plan on how to market and sell your home. I also recommend making sure you have the yard/landscaping in order, consider a fresh coat of paint on the walls if needed, and remove any personal pictures, etc, as well as any clutter. Ultimately you want to put your best foot forward! And don't overprice your home! It can turn off potential buyers quickly!

I recently had some buyers moving in from out of town. There were some unexpected bumps in the road that we couldn't control, but it was such a pleasure to work through those together and see them finally move in. When I feel the "team" concept while working with clients it is awesome.
