Address everything you can that would cause a buyer to pause or want to offer less. A $500 fix can save you $5,000 in negotiations if you help the buyer understand why your home is worth top dollar and take away their objections.

I work with a wide range of clients, all ages, from 20 year old first time home buyers to 70 year old retirees, I have experience with VA buyers, buyers using down payment assistance, and buyers looking for land as well as residential homes.

I have helped my last few buyer clients get great deals on homes they love, along with negotiating seller concessions and repairs being taken care of by the sellers. I love advocating for my clients and helping them get the best deals possible so they're set up for success as homeowners and I try to keep as much money as possible in their pockets.

I had a really bad real estate experience buying and selling my first home when I was a teacher, I taught for 6 years and then got burned out and needed a career change. My best friend is in real estate and said I would be a great agent and I worked in real estate marketing for 8 months then decided I was ready to be an agent. I love coming alongside people in stressful times of their lives, demystifying the overwhelming process, and giving them the support & information they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.

I have my master's in educational leadership and approach my job as a consultant and support, I don't want to "sell" anyone a home that isn't a good fit for them, I want to help them focus in on what's most important to them, avoid homes with red flags or expensive problems, and help them make their homeownership dreams a reality! Most of my clients become good friends and I enjoy staying in touch and making sure everything is going well with them and their home even after closing.
