About Tiffany McNeely

Tiffany McNeely brings a unique set of qualities to the McNeely Group of Landmark Sotheby's International Realty. Here in Ocean Isle Beach, Tiffany is thoroughly "in her element," having grown up spending summers at her family's seaside Carolina home. After completing her graduate studies at East Tennessee State University, she tested the professional waters in fields as varied as teaching at a community college to work in the golf industry. It was a chance meeting on the golf course that would forever change the direction of her life, both personally and professionally. This was where Tiffany was first introduced to Eddie McNeely, who became her husband and, eventually, her business partner in real estate. As a young couple they travelled extensively, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the island of St. Lucia among their favorite destinations, and an interest in coastal real estate investing blossomed and led Tiffany to become a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. Today, Tiffany devotes herself to delivering exceptional real estate marketing services to sell many of the most distinctive properties in the coastal Carolinas. With an effervescence and energetic spirit that only Tiffany brings to every new listing, she spares no detail to ensure that the home is staged, photographed, and presented in a stand-out fashion. And through the Sotheby's resource rich, world-wide connection to qualified buyers, she engages the most effective marketing channels through which the McNeely Group turns listings into closings. A devoted wife and mother of two young children, Tiffany never loses sight of her priorities and always makes time for her family, for God through their church, and for outdoor pleasure out on the water, fishing or kayaking, on the golf course, or simply soaking in the magnificence of the ocean from the beach.
