HOBBIES/INTEREST

We love experiencing everything coastal living has to offer here in Myrtle Beach -- from boating along the Intracoastal Waterway to exploring local restaurants, farmers markets, and small towns across the Carolinas. As a family, we also enjoy traveling throughout the U.S. and abroad, discovering architecture, food, and culture that inspire our work. Our downtime is often spent on the beach or creating new memories with our son, Hudson.

When we decided to consider buying some rental property in Myrtle Beach, Tiffany was referred to us by an agent we had worked with in another state where we used to live. We feel very fortunate that occurred; as she is wonderful, skillful, and very friendly agent.She was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job of 1st giving us a thorough overview of the current market conditions, then helpful suggestions on places to consider, and then options for managing the rentals. Yes, I said rentals, because she helped us acquire two, and her knowledge of the market and wonderful negotiation skills saved us a bunch of money!We highly recommend her and the Hereda Team! :-)

Tiffany and Frank Hereda helped me purchase at the beach some years ago. So when it came time for help from a realtor, I called them again.Tiffany immediately came to our condo, assessed the situation and gave advice on selling our home. We have worked with many realtors over the years but have never had any who were as responsive as Tiffany and Frank . They answered every phone call, question or concern in a timely manner- often within minutes of the call. They are knowledgeable of the local real estate market . Their advice was invaluable to the sale of our condo. Tiffany did an outstanding job marketing our unit and her negotiation skills had our condo sold well above the listing price within 8 hours of listed for sale. She is truly remarkable in knowledge of the process and getting real estate SOLD. I will certainly use them again if ever I need a realtor in the Myrtle Beach area.
