A sweet couple I met many moons ago had transferred to Florida several years back. Last spring, I get a call from them and her job was transferring them back to Texas! We got under contract quickly and the selling agent and her clients were the best. It was a Win-Win for all. Now, I am closer to my friends and they are in love with their new home.

I got started in Real Estate in 2001. I helped build one of the top Mult- Family Property Management Agencies in the US. I did property management for 16 years and when my boss decided to retire, I decided to "retire" as well and move over to residential real estate since I knew I wanted to stay in the field. I love people and real estate so it was a very easy transition, plus I get to go out on the field and meet new connections and see all kinds of homes. Truly a dream come true!

I am constantly attending courses, classes and attending seminars. I just completed my CREN, or Certified Real Estate Negotiator Course and my CLP, or Certified Listing Professional. This is an ever-moving business and is always changing so always looking to learn more so I can in turn educate myself and my clients.
