Tom and his team were extremely thorough, kind and professional throughout this process. He is very direct and doesnt sugar coat anything but manages to communicate with empathy and compassion in the midst of difficult decisions. He made all of the factors and moving parts feel manageable and his humility and openness made working with him effortless and even energizing. His team was always steps ahead and had all of the paperwork ready so I didnt feel rushed making a decision but once we knew what we wanted to do we were able to move forward with precision and speed that made me feel like they were going above and beyond so i didnt miss an opportunity. We recently had the pleasure of working with Tom on both ends of our relocation (buying and selling). From the first meeting to the final closing(s), Tom's professionalism and expertise was invaluable. He took the time to listen to our preferences and concerns and kept us focused on meeting those criteria throughout our search for a new home. In helping with the sale of our home, he provided valuable advice on how to prepare our home for showings, such as suggesting minor repairs and staging tips that made a significant difference. His knowledge of property values in the local market was instrumental in helping us quickly have our house under contract. Tom was instrumental in helping us source any service partners that were needed along the way (repairs, movers, etc.). He coordinated any meetings that needed to take place (inspections, closings, etc.). His responsiveness to our questions made us feel like we were a top priority. His prompt replies and clear explanations ensured we were always informed and confident in our decisions. We are very grateful for his hard work and look forward to working with him again in the future (but not too soon)!

If I could give Tom more than 5 stars I would! As a first time home buyer, I went into this process knowing absolutely nothing and Tom took time every step of the way to explain things in details so that I understood each part of the process. He is someone who puts his whole heart into his work and it isnt just a job to him. It was evident throughout our entire house search that he wasnt trying to just sell us any house to get a paycheck and move on to the next clientaEUR|he wanted to help us find the perfect home for us to start our family. He gave us his input when we asked for it and was very knowledgeable about the housing market, the area, and so much more. We couldnt have asked for a better first time home buying experience. Tom helped my fiancA(C) and I find a home that we both absolutely love and cannot wait to live in for many years to come! Tom is so awesome! He was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. He helped us find a buyer for our house that would let us stay until our new construction home was completed. He was super-knowledgeable and ALWAYS (and I mean always) available to answer questions/concerns. He even saved our behinds when we had an emergency during our move. I would NEVER use another agent other than Tom again.
