2020 has sure been full of surprises. So was bumping into Tom at a rental home showing, and walking away looking to buy a home. The housing market was in a frenzy, houses were going under contract super quick with not many to choose from in our time frame. Tom was super helpful every step of the way, from explaining what was going on, what was next and answering my many questions along the way. And might I add, keeping me calm when things came up or plans changed haha. Tom made this process as smooth as it could've been, and I couldn't appreciate all his assistance throughout the process. I knew he was on our side and was fighting for the best deal we could get. Buying a home is such a process all on it's own, and knowing someone has your back makes all the difference! Would definitely recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy a home!
