Do NOT accept an offer until after you have given Andy a chance to give you some information on the value of your home or property, even if you don't let him list it. I almost took $145k for our house when Andy got me over $50k more by being someone who knew how to market and had the right connections to make the sale. Andy will work to get you the best price for your listing, and the Harmon Murphy group has the resources and knowledge to make sure your home sells for its full value making sure you dont leave any of your money on the table. Not only that Andy is incredibly personable and available to his clients making him the all-around package when it comes to looking for the perfect real estate agent on the Gulf Coast. Andy has helped us look for our next home even though we arent sure where we want to land here on the Florida/Alabama line.
