About Thomas Moriarty

Thank you for the time you are spending to get to know me. I would like to take the opportunity to tell you a little about my work in the real estate industry. I began work framing homes in Colorado and after a number of years there, I moved back to my home town of Maple Grove Minnesota. Here, I chose to persue a different side of real estate. I quickly became a professional realtor. Having grown up here in Minnesota, I really have a great sense of the community and am consistently exceeding expectations.Year over year, I have been a top producer with annual sales in excess of$4 million per year. I have assisted people buying and selling homes all over our wonderful state. Furthermore, I run two new construction developments in Northern Brooklyn Park and Champlin. I both sold my house and bought a new house with Tom this year. Both experiences were great. Tom is very tech saavy and uses all the easiest and best ways to schedule showings, sign contracts, make offers etc. He is also pretty knowledgeable on home remodeling and was helpful to me trying to figure out how much the fixer uppers would cost me....He's also pretty fun to hang out with so looking at houses was much less painful.

Thomas is fabulous! First, he hired a professional photographer to take beautiful photos of our home, and requested a special twilight shot to highlight our recessed lights. Our house sold in just 4 days! He listed our home at the perfect price-point. Thomas kept us updated immediately as things progressed. The entire process from listing to negotiations to inspection to closing was smooth and painless. No hiccups, no surprises. Thomas has a wealth of experience and knowledge and really easy to talk to. We thought we were going to be stuck selling a house for a long period due to the market and availability of buyers in that price range. To our surprise we were able to sell our house very quickly at a fair price. We would definitely use the agent again when buying or selling a house in the future.
