Tom just happened to cold call one day and I liked him immediately. We set up a one hour appointment to meet at the house. He was excellent at explaining the process, answered all of my questions, and one hour turned into two. I never looked beyond Tom. He not only sold my house but he was my realtor for purchasing my next home. Tom is super responsive, most certainly knows the real estate business, and served as my therapist when things did not quite go as smoothly as we wanted. He stayed on top of the sale AND the purchase at the same time and never missed a beat. He took care of EVERYTHING for us. He got us an unbelievable deal on our house and I could not have been happier with the way Tom handled everything. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!
