ZillowVERIFIEDI had this releator present the seller in my real estate deal. Not friendly to work with and provided completely empty sellers disclosure. One in the business would know that even if seller doesn't know the conditions of the items enlisted in seller disclosure they would sign unknown yet this one decided to sign completely empty one and provided that to me as a buyer. I would stay away from this agent.
