Thomas Cheng

Originally from Houston, TX, Thomas graduated from the University of Texas in 2004 and decided to make Austin his permanent home. He started working for Merrill Lynch, but quickly realized his passion was in real estate. For the next few years, he gained experience by working under a multi-million dollar investor and agent, assisting them in property acquisition and management. In 2006, he started his career with Keller Williams Realty to pursue his individual foray into real estate sales. Within the first couple of years, the satisfaction that came with helping his clients realize their real estate goals, propelled him to be one of the top agents in the Austin area. Beginning in 2015, Thomas co-founded the smartLIVING team within Keller Williams Realty and the team quickly became one of the top teams in the Austin area. When he's not working on fulfilling his client's real estate goals, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and enjoys following his favorite Houston sports teams!
