Thomas and Ranjelle are great realtors to work with. It was a very long process, but these two had so much patience and understanding. Thomas is an expert at his job and he is just one call away. While Ranjelle is always on top of her game to contact the builder for you regarding any issues. I think they are a great duo and will help you as much as they can. There were many bumps throughout the process, but with these people by my side, I was able to find clear solutions and great advice if needed. I really like that Thomas always replied through messages or calls within minutes or even seconds and Ranjelle would email you back immediately. With the interest rate going up in the past year, if it wasn't for Thomas pushing me, I would not have locked in the lower rate earlier. I'm glad I was able to work with them and the best part is... they continue to stay in touch with you post-closing for any rising issues or concerns.
