We used Tommy to sell our house in Millsboro De. We had been listed with another realtor that made excuse after excuse why our house wasnt selling for 3 month. Tommy came in confident he could get the job done! He marketed our house effectively and efficiently. The communication with him was great. He had our house under contract at our listing pricein under a month Our neighborhood had become saturated with homes for sale. Tommy rose above the rest and got the job done!! His knowledge of the area and the housing market is second to none!! I wouldnt recommend any other realtor. Tommy gets the deal closed!!
