By far, Tom is the most knowledgeable, patient, and responsive realtor I have ever used...and this is the third time on this rodeo. We went through 6...count them...6 realtors before meeting Tom. He, literally, held our hand throughout the entire house hunting and buying process. I must admit that some of our requests were a bit excessive but Tom would always surprise us with his proactive response, employing all of his resources to assist even when we called him at short notice, to show a house.
