We were looking for a home in the Berkshires while living many hours away in the middle of the pandemic. Thom gave us superior guidance as to which homes to look at. Since we were unable to travel to the area frequently, he gave us video tours of the homes we were considering. He always did this within a day or so, enabling us to see homes right after they went on the market. Once we put in an offer, he was able to quickly set us up with reliable inspectors and contractors so that we could better negotiate based on their findings.
